This work honours an Aunty I’ve never met, my Ah Mah’s sister. 
She passed away too early, and unjustly.
And some of her children went to live with my Ah Mah.

I pour tea for Khoo Cheng Siew and Khoo Siew Choo.
I pour tea for sister hood. 
I pour tea for the matriarchs and all they have endured.
